I had a great stay at Neelum View Hotel, which offered a comfortable vibe and a beautiful setting by the Jhelum river. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, especially with the chilled air-conditioning. However, I felt that while the staff was cooperative, there could be a bit more efficiency in room service. Overall, it was a solid trip—straight up one of the best spots in town.
